A courtyard space that was dismal and dull has been paved throughout with pale natural stone and given focus with a small pool and fountain.

A typical small town backgarden, the owners wanted an easy maintenance, practical entertaining space for family parties. The sloping garden was transformed into two levels, with a large patio space for dining with extra seating on the low walls.

A new wall hides a utility area and the small border is densely planted in a white and purple colour scheme to harmonise with the painted walls.
